MetLife PDP Plus: what it means for you
PDP Plus is MetLife’s preferred dentist network. Because we’re in it, you’ll typically pay less out of pocket than you would with an out-of-network surgeon. If your MetLife plan uses a different network, call us. You may still be able to use out-of-network benefits here.
How your MetLife benefits typically apply to oral surgery
Most MetLife dental plans cover a portion of oral surgery, such as extractions and wisdom teeth removal, after your deductible and up to your annual maximum. Coverage for implants and sedation depends on your employer’s plan. For larger treatment, we can request a pre-treatment estimate so you know your costs first.
