Which Delta Dental plans we accept
We’re in-network with the Delta Dental Premier network. Many Delta Dental PPO plans also let members see Premier dentists, so if your card says “Delta Dental PPO,” you may still be able to use your benefits with us at in-network rates. Check the network name on your member ID card or in your Delta Dental online account. Not sure? Call us at (847) 623-2830 with your member ID, and we’ll confirm for you.
How your Delta Dental benefits typically apply to oral surgery
Most Delta Dental plans cover oral surgery procedures such as extractions and wisdom teeth removal, usually at a percentage after your deductible. Implant coverage varies more from plan to plan. Your coverage depends on your employer’s plan, your deductible, and how much of your annual maximum you’ve already used.
For larger procedures, we may ask Delta Dental for a pre-treatment estimate so you know your costs before surgery.
